About Abie
Abie Rosow
Abie Rosow, owner and director of Rosow Elite Performance started his basketball training/coaching career as a Junior in High School. He started out by giving lessons at local parks and riding his bike around Brooklyn to people’s backyards.
Abie’s playing career started at the Yeshivah of Flatbush where he served as the captain for the Varsity Basketball Team. During his time at Flatbush, he garnered national recognition as he earned a spot on the 3rd Team All Jewish Hoops America Team, as well as being named to All-Tier I Team at the Cooper Invitational Basketball Tournament. Abie is a 2-time gold medal winner for the Maccabi USA team that won in both Santiago, Chile and in Israel. After High School, Abie played Division 3 College Basketball at Hunter College in NYC where he started 11 games his Sophomore season. Abie’s passion is teaching the game of basketball to the youth. Abie returned to his Alma mater, Yeshivah of Flatbush to become the Head Coach of the JV High School (9th-10th grade) Basketball Team in 2019.
